About the Process:
In facing change, we may be forced to grow. I am here to help you grow AND hold a safe space for you to do so. I strive to provide direction as you navigate, understand, and explore who you are and who you aspire to be. An important component in this work is being kind to ourselves. We cannot facilitate change without first implementing self-compassion. I currently provide counseling to: Individuals, Couples, and Groups. Aging from: Youth (6 to 17), Adolescents (18 to 24), and Adults (25 to 40).
